General Selling Terms

1. Each order shall respect the clauses below :
2. We reserve the right to bring, without notice, to our works any modification or improvement necessary for aesthetic reason.
3. If for any reason, customers are in the obligation to cancel an order, the down payments already made would remain our property as damages.

Delivery time

4. Our processing period and delivery time are only a guideline.

Payments

5. Our furniture are sold payable a the head office, net and without discount, following the conditions below :
• 30% at the order
• final payment at least 24 hours before delivery (for French clients only)
• final payment at the departure of our workshop (for overseas customers) - The incoterm will be FOB (Free On Board) of the French Chamber of Commerce.

Contentious

6. For any action in payment or in case of matter, the Trade Court of Saint Brieuc will be the only one competent, except contrary clause.
7. The present ones are worth express allotment of jurisdiction.
